The Feeler FMH-500P is designed and engineered with efficiency, stability and heavy duty in mind. It is a machining center excellent for precision mold machining and heavy parts machining.
- Flushing system on top roof：Top working door for gantry loader/ATC door are available with individual flushing design. The nozzles on the top of machine are adjustable, which is able to remove chips efficiently, also avoid chip accumulation issue.
- High efficiency of heat removal：Inside the machine, both sides are with slant plate design, also, with internal chip screws, which make chips removal more efficiently.
- Anti-heat structure：To meet high speed and high precision, the transmission of three axes are equipped with anti-heat structure and coolant through ball screw (60m/min).
- Speed up Tool changing time ：ATC is equipped with inverter to control tool changing time, T to T <1.5 SEC. Also, when tool changing, the tool changing is smooth and spindle will not be hurt.
- Variety choices of tooling：Comparing with other suppliers, for BT40, the maxi. tooling weight is 12KG and maxi. tooling length is 550mm, which is suitable for high rigidity and heavy cutting processing. Also, increasing production and making whole processing more efficiently.
