The design of the GRC is different from the general traditional reciprocating surface grinder, which is easy to deform due to the combination of the front and rear base. GRC adopts the one-piece structural design that optimizes the overall dynamic structure and enormously reduces stress deformation. The spindle head adopts a triangular large-span design, which has excellent resistance to the grinding reaction force, reduces the weight of the moving column, increases its sensitivity, and presents excellent rigidity while reducing the amount of distortion and deformation, and the stability is relatively improved. The core components, such as the rotary table and spindle, are all equipped with hydrostatic bearing system with modular design. The guideway could also be equipped with a hydrostatic guideway to improve the feeding stability and maintain long-term accuracy.
