Introduction

The MTG500 is a very compact double column machine.

We focus on moving the center of gravity closer to the column to keep the moving weight close to the linear guideways. This design reduces structural deformation and ensures consistent, accurate positioning and outstanding machining repeatability.

Description Specifications

Rotary table is specifically designed for high speed milling/turning and grinding applications. We use a dual DD motor with a maximum rotational speed of up to 1000rpm. The tilting axis operates at 60rpm. Clamping force is 2400Nm on the B axis and 1800Nm on the C axis.
The table has a load capacity of 250 kg and is suitable for workpieces with a diameter of up to Ø500mm and 390mm in height.

 

The chip conveyor with 320mm cross-section moving track easily removes chips and swarfs.
It is detachable from the coolant tank to allow for easy and convenient cleaning.

 

Another unique feature is the ergonomic design.  The operator can stand either at the front or right side to operate the machine. A tiltable control panel ensures smooth and flexible operation and a comfortable working environment.
