Impress Decor, a specialist in developing and producing decorative surfaces for the panel, furniture, and flooring industries, has announced new investments for its manufacturing headquarters in Araucária, in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba. R$30 million will be spent on different fronts within the brand's operations in the country.

One of them is the construction of the Design Center, a space dedicated to receiving customers, guests, and business partners, as well as the marketing and design department. This project aims to support relationship-building actions and will reflect the company's positioning as a design-oriented brand.

Covering an area of 800 square meters and scheduled to open in early 2025 - the year Impress Decor celebrates 25 years of operations in Brazil - the Design Center will have a product exhibition area, space for meetings, presentations, and socializing, a gourmet area for catering and events, as well as a content creation studio and a creation and materials area.

This center will play a crucial role in Impress Decor's new projects by strengthening relationships, offering a space for direct interactions with clients and partners, facilitating the production of visual content and marketing materials in a creative and well-equipped environment, and reinforcing Impress Decor's image as an innovative and design-oriented brand.

In addition, it will provide a working environment that stimulates creativity and collaboration with clients and creative professionals.

"Building the Design Center has been a great challenge. We balanced the demand for an iconic design with structural and environmental requirements, including preserving the existing trees and adapting to the site's wet soil. The flexibility of the space is a priority, requiring innovative solutions such as the removal of columns to create a dynamic and versatile environment. Our aim is to create a space that not only reflects the company's identity, but also functional and sustainable, integrating harmoniously with the surrounding natural environment," explains André Suchodolak, Project Engineer at Impress Decor.

The new Design Center will be a space for creation, innovation and collaboration, unique in South America. Marciel Nogaroto, president of Impress Decor in Brazil, highlights the importance of this center: "With the Design Center, we will have a unique space in South America. It will also be a venue for events, where the company can present new products and collections, as well as allow our customers to use the space to develop their own projects with their architects."

The Design Center will be a South American furniture market meeting point, promoting dynamic and creative interaction.

Impress Decor plans to bring an exclusive scanner to Brazil, a technology currently only used in Europe. This scanner will enable the complete development of products locally, from the selection of materials to their scanning and separation. With this, the company hopes to reduce development and logistics time significantly and nationalize the process, providing greater agility and priority in operations.

Impress Decor is expanding its printing capacity by installing a new line to meet growing demand and improve production efficiency. Approved in 2021, the fourth printing line will be inaugurated on August 16. This investment will allow the company to increase its production capacity and offer an even more comprehensive range of high-quality patterns and designs. The new printing line, as well as being more efficient in energy consumption, is in line with the growth expectations of the construction and furniture market in Latin America over the next few years.

Marciel Nogaroto emphasizes the importance of this investment for Impress Decor and the Brazilian market: "This investment of 30 million reais represents an important step for Impress Decor in the country. With the new printing line, the Design Center, and the future scanner, we are prepared to meet growing demand and offer high-quality products with greater efficiency. Our commitment is to continue innovating and contributing to the development of the furniture and interior design market."
