For the upcoming touristing session there are places in the Czech Republic where owners take a different approach in order to bring customer service to customers. 

One of them is an owner of a Velkorakovsky minibrewery. He first installed a self-service bar in the garden next to the house in Raková near Konica in Prostějov, and this year he added vending machines for the sale of soft drinks, coffee and pizza.

People can also buy pork neck or pork chops from the self-service cooling box and grill them on the local fire pit. The original bistro in Raková gained considerable popularity shortly after its opening, mainly among cyclists and tourists.

"For a small village as we are, we have been testing for two years, testing a beer tap in Raková, which people liked. This spring, we were thinking about how to move our services somewhere further, so we came up with a self-service bistro," said the businessman, adding that the food there comes very cheap comparing to that from a standard restaurant. 

"I don't pay rent because I have it on my property. We have additional savings thanks to electricity from solar panels. The third saving is for labor. Nowadays it is hard to get good labor into such a place."

Thanks to social networks, information about a self-service bistro with a self-tap beer equipped with an ID card reader quickly spread, mainly among cyclists and tourists who go on trips to the picturesque Konicko. Over the weekend, the garden is full of people, and Raková will be busy on a regular basis.

People will mainly appreciate the self-service of the beer and the sort of lunch with self-service cooking options.
