The Dutch national carrier KLM has decided to increase the number of connections from Amsterdam to Polish cities, the airline informs in a press release. KLM will offer 102 weekly flights in the autumn and winter season.

The carrier currently offers connections from the capital of the Netherlands to five Polish cities - Gdańsk, Poznań, Kraków, Warsaw (Okęcie) and Wrocław. According to the airline, in the coming season, the number of connections will increase by half.

"Warsaw, Kraków, and Wrocław will each gain one, and Gdańsk even two more flights a day, and the number of flights from Poznań will increase from 5 to 6 a week," said Suzanne van Rijnbach from the KLM press office.

The airline announces that it will also introduce a favorable change in the schedule of KLM connections from Amsterdam to Wrocław. "The new daily flight from Amsterdam is scheduled for the evening so that travelers can depart early the next day. This will give passengers from Wrocław access to KLM's global network with a stopover in Amsterdam," emphasizes Frantisek Siling, Head of Air France and KLM Sales in Poland, quoted in a press release.

Currently, connections from the Netherlands to Poland are offered from two airports: the capital airport Schiphol, and the airport in Eindhoven in the south of the country, serving mainly low-cost carriers. Direct connections from Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam are provided by LOT Polish Airlines (Warsaw Okęcie) and KLM.

From the airport in Eindhoven, travelers can go to Krakow and Warsaw (Modlin) with Ryanair. We will fly to Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Warsaw (Okęcie), and Wrocław from the port located in the south of the country with WizzAir. The connection to Katowice from this airport is also offered by Transavia.
